As soon as a successful transaction is validated through your ZlioShop (this generally takes 72 hours), you will have access to your commissions amount in the My Accounts page (approximately 90 days later).

Currently, Zlio has entrusted your commission to be in the form of payments to be distributed through the PayPal service. You must have a PayPal account linked to your bank account in order for the transfer of payment to work.

The use of PayPal will be governed by their policies and rules. Please refer to PayPal’s Terms of Use, Privacy and other policies related to their site over which Zlio has no control.

With regard to the 3 months processing time, keep in mind that a merchant - not just Zlio - has to validate things, too. In other words, the merchant has to wait a certain period of time before he releases the commissions to us, and only then can we release them to our shop owners. That's why it takes approx 3 months for validation before you can access your commissions via PayPal.

Changing your revenue model

To change your revenue model, use the pull-down menu of your store administration to the right of "my revenues" and select "revenues model" .

Mixed model

To find out if a merchant pays you per sale (anytime you sell an item) or per click (when someone clicks on your products), move your mouse over the links on the page that displays your products. If the merchant's line is highlighted in blue, you will get paid per sale, if it's orange, you'll get paid per click.
Be careful not to click on those orange links from your own shops if you are not going to purchase the products. A major anti-fraud system has been inserted in the platform, any cheats detected will be rejected from the system.

Cancellation of commission is the result of orders' cancellation or refunds.

Commission calculation does not include taxes or shipping.

To find the list of commission per merchant, go to "my revenues" of your store administration and use the pull-down menu to the right to select "manage merchants".

Click on "My Account" in your store administration and use the "I want to delete my zlio account" link.

Click on "My Account" in your store administration and select the "My information" tab.

Click on my stores in your store administration. A window will open, and you will see individual 'boxes' with all of the stores you have opened. You will also see an open to "Create a new store".

• To manage a store, click "manage" within that store's "box".
• To create a new store, go to the box titled "Create a new store", and click on the button "Create a new store". This box also has information on how many stores are left that you can open.

For now, you are limited to a maximum of 20 stores per account! You can add a maximum of 1,000 products per store.

This feature is not available yet. It will be available very soon.

When you're in your account, click on "Store identity" link in your store administration, change the name in "store name", and click "save modifications".

Can I host my ZlioShop under my own domain name?

Yes, you can! This is how it works: When you're in your account, click on "Store identity" in your store administration and go to "your own domain name".

In order to make your ZlioShop available from a domain name you own (www.myboutique.com for example), you need to configure its associated DNS this way:

your-domaine-name CNAME [Your Zlioshop's address configured above]

Pay attention that you will have to perform this configuration again if you modify your ZlioShop's address.

Change category's product

From the menu of your store administration, click "store products". On the right side of the screen, under "by categories", select the category you want. Then, select the Edit button. Edit as you wish, then click "submit".

Delete a category

To the right of "store products" on the menu bar, click the pull-down menu in your store administration and select "manage my categories". In the "actions" column, click "delete" and follow the instructions. Click "save" when you're done.

Your ZlioShop will be usually automatically listed within the largest search engines such as Google, MSN or Yahoo.

As indicated in our Terms of Use and also in our Privacy Policy, it is formally forbidden within your shop and/or within Zlio´s forums and newsgroups to advertise a service not registered as a Zlio partner. It is therefore formally forbidden to use any affiliation or sponsorship link for any service not in partnership with Zlio. The penalty is account termination without notice. Beware: in the event of termination, you will lose all the contents of your ZlioShop!

It takes 2-3 weeks for a new entry to propagate to the search engines.

At this time, it is not possible to sell your own products via your ZlioShop.

If it says "expired" next to a product, it means that this item is not available at our merchant affiliates 'shops for the time being.

Each product fact sheet in your ZlioShop will lead to a list of sales partners offering the requested item. Any visitor clicking on one of those links will therefore end up buying the product from one of our merchant affiliates (all of them popular stores), yet, you will be the one receiving the sales commission. The selected stores are responsible for product delivery and/or customer Services.

When you're in your store administration, click on the arrow adjacent to "store products" and select "add products".

You can also search for a product at any time by using the "search engine" of your store administration or the Products catalog. When you select a search result, you will be given the option to add the product to your ZlioShop.

Don't worry! Nobody can access your account except for you ! When you test your referral link, while being already connected to Zlio, you log directly onto your account from your computer! Yet, other people using this sponsorship link will of course get to the Zlio Homepage in non-identified mode and will have to register to use the service!

As you know you can earn 10% of the commission of your 1st level referees, and 5% of those of your 2nd level referees.

For example, if Jeff is a Zlio affiliate and Jeff convinces Joe to join Zlio as an affiliate as well, every successful transaction generated by Joe’s referrals will also earn Jeff a commission. Likewise, if Joe consequently convinces John to join Zlio as an affiliate, every successful transaction generated by John’s referrals will also earn both Jeff and Joe a commission.

The following chart illustrates the hierarchical commission system using a sample commission rate of $3.

It is important to note that this hierarchical commission system only applies to three levels of participation. So if there is a 4th affiliate (James) who joined Zlio based on John’s referral, Jeff – the originator of this string of affiliates – will not earn Commission.

As indicated in our General Terms and Conditions, you are personally responsible for your legal and tax declarations.

We therefore recommend that you contact your local IRS office once you have received your first significant payment, in order to get help with the appropriate tax declarations and procedures.
